Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LinkCampus ("LinkCampus", "we", "us") handles information when you visit our pre-launch website and join our waitlist. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to launch and to let you know when we go live.

1. Who we are

LinkCampus is operated by the LinkCampus team. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@linkcampus.io.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small amount of local storage strictly needed to remember your waitlist status and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies or scripts load only after you accept them in the banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under appropriate agreements:

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until LinkCampus launches and you either create an account or ask us to delete it, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Server logs and aggregate analytics are kept for a limited period, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@linkcampus.io. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

LinkCampus is intended for university students and alumni. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
