These Terms govern your use of the LinkCampus pre-launch website (the "Site"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

1. The Site is a preview

LinkCampus is not yet live. The Site exists to describe what we're building and to let you join a waitlist. Features, timing, and details may change, and nothing here is a binding promise that any specific feature will ship or that the product will launch on any particular date.

2. Joining the waitlist

When you submit your email you're asking us to contact you about the launch. You confirm the email is yours and that the information you provide is accurate. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't submit false, automated, or someone else's details.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Site or its security.
• Don't scrape, copy, or reuse the Site's content or branding without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The LinkCampus name, logo, text, and design are owned by LinkCampus and its licensors. Joining the waitlist gives you no rights to use them.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkCampus is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
